Ms. Guo Pei has engaged in fashion designing for 22 years. Relying on her talent in designing, she has established high reputation in the fashion field in China.
She firstly worked at Tima Garments & Accessories Co., Ltd. as the chief designer after school. With her joining the sales doubled the first year and consequently Tima ¡°¦Ð¡± brand became one of  ¡°China Top Ten Fashion Brands¡±.
At the same time, the fashions designed by Guo Pei were awarded for three consecutive times the Gold Award of International Fashion & Accessories Fair from the year 1993 to the year 1995. She was also nominated as candidate for ¡°China Top Ten Fashion Designers¡± in 1995. And on 1996 he was chosen as one of the ¡°China Top Five Best Fashion Designers¡± by Asahi Shimbun of Japan. 

In 1996, through the continuing efforts and also accumulation of relevant knowledge, she presented her individual fashion show ¡°Entering into the year 1997¡±. And this event was reported by most

Ms. Salian Engenten, the famous movie director from Australia shot a documentary film under the name of Mao-Style Sun Yat Sen¡¯s Uniform which reflects the developing trend of China¡¯s fashion industry at that time. In this ocassion, Guo Pei was chosen to be the representative of China¡¯s young fashion designers by the director.  This film was released in many countries such as Australia, France, UK, USA, Germany, Japan, Singapore, Belgium and Switzerland.        The fashions designed by Guo Pei were collected and exhibited by Australia Museum and become the representative of China¡¯s fashion culture. Many overseas medias reported that this film serves as a bridge to help foreign counterparts get to know the status of China¡¯s fashion industry.
In 1997, she was granted the ¡°China Top Ten Fashion Designer¡±. In the same year, she participated the ¡°Classic Imagination Exhibition of Works from Chinesen Famous Fashion Designers¡± of the 1997 Shanghai International Fashion Culture Fair.

And in Ningbo she was invited to attend the ¡°Famous Designers Famous models Fashion Fair¡± and received very big honors for her collection. Same year in the Event of ¡°Celebrating Return of Hong Kong¡± Exhibition of Works from Chinese most Famous Fashion Designers¡± held by Hong Kong Bureau for the Development of Trade and other activities, again she put in the first place.
In 1998, she participated the International Fashion & Accessories Fair and held her special fashion show jointed with Beijing Baifulai Fashion Co., Ltd. She was awarded five gold awards and one silver award, such as Best Design and Best Craftwork. In May of this year, she, jointed with Wu Haiyan, held a special fashion show in Beijing Hotel for TENCEL Company of UK. In September, she participated the 10th Dalian International Fashion and held her private fashion show jointed with many domestic, Hong Kong and Taiwan famous fashion designers, such as Wu Haiyan, Yin Taiwei, and Lu Fangzhi.

In 1997, Guo Pei established her own company - RoseStudio Co., Ltd. In the beginning she realized the importantance of to have her idea to be freely expressed.  Guo Pei positioned RoseStudio in the Haute Couture. She made only high-grade custom-made garment, instead of carrying out mass production.

The process of cultivating the brand is relatively long. However, what Guo Pei relied on is the reputation spreading from mouth to mouth and this results is the steady development of RoseStudio
Guo Pei made her customers understand the added value of her garments. She demands each garments shall possess the most elegant style and highest quality. Sometimes, it takes more than two months to finish a piece of garment with embroidery.
She always wanted to make the fashions become precious museum pieces which are worthy to be collected. She thinks that the aim of custom-made fashions shall be customer¡¯s eternal satisfaction to the perfection . The value of custom-made fashions shall be always higher than its price. In her inner heart, Guo Pei Pursues perfection, and also she doesn¡¯t blindly emphasize the slogan of serving the customers sincerely. In recent years, embroidery gradually become a vogue in Beijing and embroidery from Embroidery is graded the first-class. Guo Pei expresses China¡¯s national spirit with embroidery.

One old handicraftsman even can¡¯t believe his own eyes that Cheong-sam made by RoseStudio is so beautiful. RoseStudio also can make traditional Japanese kimono and was praised by Japan kimono Research Institute, And which is conductive to the traditional culture exchange between Japan and China.
Many of her products are dotted with embroidery from which we can feel the beautiful Persian carpet, smooth building line of Italy, romantic and elegant France style, etc. This is just the worlds in the eye of China¡¯s fashion designers.
In 2003, Guo Pei cooperated with Bejing TV (BTV) to launch a TV program called ¡°Fashion Garden¡±. The frequency had been increased from one time per week to three times per week. The content is how to DIY beautiful fashions. The program is so much welcome by all the audiences. Especially one parts called ¡°Star DIY Fashion¡±, in which many famous actors and singers were invited to the program to DIY fashions.

At present, RoseStudio has already established 5 stores in Beijing, Hangzhou and Zhengzhou with Empolyees more than 100 persons. RoseStudio has become a flag in the high fashion field in Chinese mainland and the most famous Haute Couture company in China.
